By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use Velynta on behalf of an organization, you confirm you may bind that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity in your workspace. You must be at least 18 years old.

Do not use Velynta to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, attempt to access other users' data, or resell the service without permission.

Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are in USD. Plan limits, including AI allowances and active tool counts, apply as shown on the pricing page.

AI responses are generated suggestions and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing them before acting, especially for financial, legal, or tax decisions. Velynta is not a financial advisor.

You keep ownership of everything you create. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process, and display it back to you.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect.
