Velynta is operated by Milestone Marketing Solutions LLC. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Account details (email, display name), the content you create inside your workspace, subscription and billing metadata from our payment processor, and basic technical logs needed to keep the service running.

To operate your workspace, provide AI features you trigger, process payments, prevent abuse, and support you when you ask for help. We do not sell your data and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.

When you use an AI feature, the relevant portions of your workspace content are sent to our AI provider to generate that response. Providers process it to return the result and are contractually restricted from using it to train their models.

Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We store only the subscription status and identifiers we need to give you the right plan.

Your content stays until you delete it or close your account. Deleting your account removes your workspace data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us.
