Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription from Billing in your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep paid access until then.

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. We email a receipt after every successful charge.

If something goes wrong, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will review it. We generally refund unused time when the service failed to work as described.

Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current period. Data above your new plan's limits stays safe but becomes read-only until you free up space or upgrade again.

If a payment fails we retry it. Access continues briefly, then the workspace moves to the free plan until billing is fixed.
